About the Project
Blue Chalk worked with Travel Oregon to produce a short film that would highlight Freeland Spirits, a women-owned and run distillery in Portland, Oregon.
Owner Jill Kuehler’s goal was to make Freeland Spirits a welcoming place where all people could enjoy its Oregon-made gin and bourbon.
In this film, we learn more about how Kuehler and master distiller, Molly Troupe, work with women-owned local farmers to source ingredients for their flavor-filled spirits. We also discover how they partner with other women-owned local businesses across Oregon with the goal of building a more inclusive world.
